Such a fantastic nursery! The forest is amazing for them and the staff are always so kind and helpful. The nursery has had a recent facelift and looks great, couldn’t recommend them enough.

Outstanding nursery, I highly recommend to any parent, including children with SEND needs. The staff are hardworking, kind, dedicated, knowledgeable, approachable and above all caring. This was like a second home for our son. During our son’s time here (18months-4years) he was diagnosed with ASD and the nursery was amazing at tailoring his journey at SPLAT to meet his needs. You name it they did it to support him, we had meetings every six weeks to discuss his progress and how best to support his next steps. He graduated with an EHCP in place ready for school, which was all thanks to SPLAT. You name it they did it all to help our son, and we can not thank them enough. We knew he was happy here, he thrived in the forest environment and got the best support possible in his early years. Thank you SPLAT for being amazing!

I cannot thank the team as a whole, both practioners and management for the support they have offered to my family and love they have shown to my children. My children see the nursery as a home from home and it allows me to work with out worry.

I would like to vouch that the nursery really is a wonderful as it seems. The practioners genuinely care for the children and have their best interests at heart. The partnership with parents is also very encouraging. The children do get messy, but we appreciate this as it shows they have had a good day and always outdoors which is what my child needs.

Both of my children love SPLAT. They are constantly challenged and their learning is extended. Both love being outside and this is encouraged which is fantastic. Their social skills have both improved and they are so happy there.

I feel the best aspects of SPLAT are the staff. As a parent I felt like I was leaving my children with adults who knew them so well and genuinely cared for them. It felt like they were part of our team helping to get them where they needed to go. The staff were really well trained and up to date with aspects important to us such as nurturing positive behaviour and learning through play. Both my children adored the forest sessions and both got very different things out of it. My eldest was in his happy place climbing outdoors and exploring and my youngest grew in so much confidence having the opportunities to take risks in a safe and supportive environment. We all loved our time at SPLAT very much and feel so grateful to have had such a wonderful experience in their nursery years.

SPLAT is outstanding! My daughter started with splat last November settling quickly and comfortably into the Toddler room. During this time she was diagnosed with Epilepsy which was extremely difficult.
