We are priced to reflect the high-quality service we provide, as we are not offering a basic provision. We are a business that wishes to remain sustainable for the many years to come to ensure we can offer your children the very best quality in play learning, mental well being and developmental outcomes needed in early years to flourish later in life.
We are here to meet a local demand to support working and unique individual families requirements.
We aim to operate a fair, transparent service which is all inclusive with no hidden costs. Our prices are fixed until January 2020.
We feel we have established a clear pricing structure that allows all of our families who are entitled to access 2, 3 and 4 year old funding the opportunity to do so without limitation, whilst we maintain our high-quality service.
Our operational hours are 7 am to 7 pm, Monday to Friday, 51 weeks a year excluding bank holidays. We close for one week over the festive break in December.
Weekly Packages
We suggest a minimum of 2 days per week for your child to attend the setting, to ensure they settle and benefit the most from our environment.
We average our weekly packages over 51 weeks and divide this into 12 calendar monthly payments, which are payable in advance each month.
Fees will be adjusted when your child moves rooms.
Parents accessing funding must provide us with an up to date eligibility code prior to starting with us. This code must then be renewed online by the government deadline, otherwise normal daily rates will be set as default.
Payment information
All payments are to be paid in advance, and our unique booking system will invoice you accordingly and hold all of your account histories for access when required. A downloadable version will soon be available.
An annual registration fee of £50 per family is to be paid and will automatically apply to your account.
If your child’s start date is within the next calendar month, a deposit of £100 will be due to secure your child’s place. This deposit will be deducted from your first month’s payment once they start with us.
For bookings over one calendar month away please contact management to check availability and to be added to our waiting list. To secure future bookings fees will apply.
If your fees are not paid by their due date, which is the last day of each month, late fees of £50 per day that passes will be added to your account. If you are in financial difficulties please do talk to management.
Once you have registered your child and have made your booking, your place will be secure on a rolling basis until you give us half a terms notice (6 weeks). Shorter cancellations will be charged at the full rate. Exceptional circumstances may be accepted if your place can be filled.

You may be able to get up to 30 hours free childcare (1,140 hours per year, which you can choose how you take).
If you’re eligible for the extra hours, you sign up online to get a code to give to your childcare provider to reserve your place. You’ll get the extra hours once the next term starts.
